做法:
- 鷓鴣出水去皮 ;
- 雪耳浸軟去蒂出水 分為小塊
- 海底椰、百合、茨實、花生浸冼半小時 ;
- 果皮浸軟去瓤 ;
- 無花果洗淨切半 ;
- 洗淨淮山, 戴上手套才去皮切厚塊 ;
- 鍋內放7碗水, 冷水放入鷓鴣及果皮 , 大火煮滾後 , 轉中小火將所有材料(雪耳除外)放入鍋內煑1小時後放入雪耳煑半小時加鹽即可。
