紅蘿蔔1條
蘋果1個
核桃及腰果各十餘粒
無花果2粒
薑1片
做法:
- 核桃及腰果浸洗15分鐘
- 雅枝竹浸洗15分鐘,剪去花瓣尖硬的部份,將整個雅枝竹切半

- 紅蘿蔔洗浄去皮切塊
- 蘋果洗淨去皮去核切塊
- 無花果洗淨切半
- 薑洗淨去皮
- 將7碗水大火煮滾,放入全部材料大火煮20分鐘,轉中小火煮1小時加鹽便可。
