
桃膠是從桃樹的樹幹分泌出來的一種樹脂。桃膠有生津止喝、清血降脂、養顏護膚的功效。此茶能、寧神安眠、解鬱清熱、潤腸通便、健脾潤肺。桃膠具高纖、高植物性蛋白質的優點,但消化能力較弱者攝取過多纖維會導致胃部不適,而腎病人士亦要注意分量,因過多蛋白質會增加腎臟負擔。桃膠每次只宜小量食用 , 孕婦不宜食用桃膠。
材料: ( 3~4 人份量)

乾桃膠 7~8 粒左右
蘋果1個
蓮子、百合各1/4杯
黑芝麻粉2湯匙 (2 tbsp)
桂圓十粒
紅棗 6 粒
杞子10 粒
做法:
- 桃膠放入清水中浸泡一夜(12小時以上)至軟漲 ,體積能漲到10倍以上。將泡軟的桃膠仔細反覆的清洗 , 去除黑色的雜質 , 掰成小塊備用
- 蓮子、百合浸洗2小時
- 紅棗洗淨去核
- 桂圓洗淨備用
- 杞子浸洗15分鐘
- 蘋果洗淨去皮切粒
- 用 6 碗水放入全部材料 (桃膠、蘋果、杞子除外) 大火煮20分鐘 , 轉中火下桃膠及蘋果煮30分鐘 , 最後下杞子便可。
