洋蔥半個
雜菌適量
做法:
- 蘆筍洗淨 , 切去老的部份 , 其餘切片
- 甜椒洗淨去核切絲
- 洋葱洗淨切絲
- 雜菌洗淨切絲
- 熱鑊下少許油爆香洋葱 , 下全部材料炒香加鹽 , 蓋上蓋煑1分鐘便可。
