紅蘿蔔1條
粟米1條
番茄2個

洋葱1個
做法:
- 薏米浸洗半小時
- 小南瓜、紅蘿蔔洗淨去皮切塊
- 粟米洗淨切段
- 洋葱去皮切片
- 下少許油爆香洋蔥後 ,下紅蘿蔔、南瓜炒香 , 加入6碗水、薏米、粟米大火煑滾 , 大火煑15分鐘 , 後轉中小火煑45分鐘 , 最後轉中火下番茄煑10分鐘加鹽便可。
