- 瘦肉洗淨後出水
- 海底椰洗淨浸15分鐘
- 合掌瓜洗淨去核切塊
- 紅蘿蔔洗淨去皮切塊
- 合桃肉洗淨備用
- 薑洗淨去皮; 圓肉洗淨備用 或 無花果洗淨切半
- 牛蒡洗淨, 用刀背括去表皮後切片
- 用7碗水加入瘦肉大火煮滾, 放入全部材料大火煮15分鐘, 轉中小火煮1小時加鹽便可。
