

材料:(可做6個迷你椰撻)
撻皮材料:
- 燕麥 ( oats) 1/3 杯
- 杏仁粉 ( almond flour) 1/3 杯
- 原味乳酪 (plain yogurt) 1湯匙 (1 tbsp)
餡料:
- 熟香蕉1隻
- 無糖椰絲1/4杯
- 椰棗 (dates) 3個
工具:
- 5.5cm迷你蛋撻模6個
- 叉1隻
做法:
- 預熱焗爐325°F(如用 Air-fryer, 便不用預熱)
- 將燕麥放進磨粉機內磨成粉

- 將燕麥粉、杏仁粉及乳酪拌勻成團後分為6小份、然後分別放入6個椰撻模內


- 用2隻拇指將燕麥團均勺地壓進撻模内,燕麥團皮要高過撻模少許便可

- 然後用叉子在撻皮的底部戳些小孔

- 放進焗爐內焗10分鐘 或 放進Air-fryer內用160度焗8分鐘,然後取出放涼

- 將椰棗放入煱內蒸10分鐘,然後取出用叉子壓成泥
- 預熱焗爐350°F(如用 Air-fryer, 便不用預熱)
- 香蕉去皮用叉子壓成泥後與椰棗泥及椰絲拌勻後便成餡料

- 將饀料放進撻模內,放進已預熱焗爐內焗10分鐘 或 放進Air-fryer內按160度焗8至9分鐘便可


~~ 如果沒有椰棗可用十餘粒提子乾代替。提子乾不用蒸軟,用刀切碎後與香蕉泥及椰絲拌勻便成餡料。
