蓮藕栗子蓮子核桃湯 - 補腎固腎、補血益氣、養心安神、安眠解鬱、防三高、補腦健脾、防夜尿

材料:
蓮藕1節
去皮去殻栗子肉6粒
蓮子1/3杯
紅豆1/3杯
核桃肉十餘粒
紅棗或圓肉6粒
果皮1角
瘦肉1塊(可不放)
做法:
- 紅豆浸洗4小時以上或1晚
- 蓮藕洗淨去皮切塊
- 栗子肉及核桃肉洗淨備用
- 蓮子浸洗半小時
- 紅棗或圓肉洗凈,紅棗去核
- 瘦肉洗淨出水
- 果皮浸軟
- 用7碗水加入瘦肉大火煮滾,放入全部材料(果皮除外)大火煮15分鐘,轉中小火煮50分鐘,最後轉中火下果皮煮20分鐘下鹽便可。
~~ 孕婦不宜吃圓肉,可下去核紅棗代替。
